Madden Industrial Craftsmen (MICI), Portland's premier staffing firm operating in the construction and industrial markets, is currently recruiting Residential and Commercial HVAC Installers/Techs for work in the Portland and Vancouver areas. $20-30/hr DOE

1. Reconnect existing electrical circuits to furnaces, heat pumps, ductless heat pumps, air conditioners and accessory items.
2. Installation of new circuits and ducts to same as above equipment.
3. Troubleshoot electrical problems.
4. Replace breakers, disconnects, panels, etc
5. Install subpanels.
6. Perform standard service changes.
7. Install ground rods.
8. Must have own tools (required).
9. Up on NEC codes.
10. Able to diagnose, remedy and communicate to clients in a professional manner.
11. Must be able to provide excellent customer service and complete paperwork accurately.
12. Technologically savvy (iPhone, Excel, Google Drive, Microsoft Office).

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Recent and verifiable experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC projects
3. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
4. Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and kneel for long periods of time
5. General Journeyman Electrician License preferred
6. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
7. Customer service experience
8. Safety conscious

Prior to working at Madden she worked in safety and compliance at an electronics recycling company. Jasmine received her Associate of Science degree from Blue Mountain Community College. She also received a Certificate of Professional Zoo Keeping at CAT TALES Zoological Training Center, and is currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Science at Oregon State University.
